Indeed is a free site that connects Employers with potential Employees. It allows Job Seekers to post their resumes and define the parameters of their Job Searches geographically and vocationally. 

One of my favorite Indeed features is their sending of notices to my e-mail address regarding newly posted positions that meet the criteria of my unique Job Searches. 

Not all of these jobs are on target, but a great deal of them actually are. I usually begin my day by reviewing and responding to them. Some of the positions can be applied to easily via Indeed, which is awesome and very convenient, while others involve visiting company websites or following more conventional Job Search methods.
