LinkedIn is a networking site that allows you to connect and interact with people in your familial and social circles, individuals you have worked or interacted with and other professionals in your field. It provides a platform for individuals to post their resumes, share or explore opportunities, celebrate triumphs, voice expert opinions and gather endorsements.

In 2012 mine was among the top 10% of LinkedIn Profiles viewed. I am greatly honored by this and proudly display it on my resume. The site is one with phenomenal potential that, I feel, has yet to be successfully tapped by casual users such as myself. I have recently increased my time spent on LinkedIn and am a mere 70 connections away from being an All-Star.
